This is a metal album drawing on influences from the more psychedelic and experimental bands of the Norwegian scene such as In The Woods, Fleurety, etc. The second album I'll release in a few hours is closer to dungeon synth.

6) The real solution is that we need non-capitalist spaces/practices in ALL fields of life, not just art. Find and nurture what has truthful value for us, rather than what's profitable. Help each other, create collectives, give voice to the unheard. So here's to d.i.y and anti-capitalism.

5) I used to kinda make fun of artists that said they want art to be one of the few things in life not to be sullied by money/capitalism, but now I get it more, sacrality of art or not. But giving up something you love is the system winning. You need to KEEP doing it, amateur, pro, part-time or not.

4) My point in the end is that work in a system that breeds inequality and rewards amorality is always icky. You're either being exploited or are the exploiter, and you can only reduce it to some degree inside a c/ industry, even as an indie.

3) One that artists need to protect themselves from. If you're willing to do it on the strength of your hard work though (as indie/anti-capitalist), hats off to you. But you need to be aware that you'll be working twice the time that other people work, be constantly stressed, etc.

2) Not a dig to the ones who are walking this path btw. You can do it without betraying your principles, like anything in capitalism, it's a constant struggle. But what I want to say is that trying to make it in c/ without any c/, just on the strength of your art, is narcissistic fantasy.

true glitch (the musical genre!). It's always cool to remind yourself to consider musically or document such moments of digital of human "faults"

Νot necessarily indicative of where this project will go, btw. I have in mind another ep in a different but still raw style, and then we'll see.

It always sucks (referring to the last sentence). I don't know what to suggest, in music at least people seem to appreciate pricing your art low and usually give something extra, but I don't know how it works with visual art. I love your latest painting btw, it's so great
