Theft decks are pretty easy with InfiniTokens, but I'd recommend against any that search an opponents' library or keep a stolen card secret (unless you don't mind the other players knowing).

Matte/non-glare sleeves seem to be worse for card reading over SpellTable. Yes they avoid the direct shiny glare, but they more often make a lot of the cards look gray/faded.
One way to help avoid card glare is to light from the sides, at a 45-degree angle. Not from above. Sort of like this.

The above is a C-clamp holding a piece of wood that a webcam arm base is attach to, to sit where it needs to be. The webcam arm was $16 and from 2020. The arm was originally for a phone, so it was adapted to hold a webcam with a 3" hex bolt.

The token created does not say "Sacrifice this..." it's the ability of the original card that says "sacrifice it." So that requirement may not extend to the copy.
If you copied a token made by this (Sparkspitter), it would definitely copy the text forcing it to be sacced.
