A reminder to be nice to help desk/phone staff. They don’t need your attitude when HELPING YOU.

Spoke with FFS office this AM to go over checklist items and she was just happy I wasn’t a pill of a person. She mentioned her previous call was rude and criticized her manners.

17) My general vibe is that TSA knows that it's all security theater, and no matter how much you hate the government, you can't hate it more than TSA agents do, on account of the government being the ones who've made them stand there and do security theater.

My point wasn't that the ACA was bad, it was that the OP's assertion that The Democrats have moved dramatically to the left is belied by the facts. They're a center right party.
