just so that people actually understand what this thing looks like lol and because i like how i drew him here :) but since drawing this in 2024 i decided to change how their faces look. mouth is the same but they have permanently-closed eyes now, they use an electromagnetic sensory organ to navigate

but at the end of the day i like the additional inconvenience of non-cooperative tools and i like the challenge. these are dragons from one of my creative projects, a dragonrider novel set on an alien planet (hugely inspired by pern ofc)

this pic (& the previous one i posted) were made with multiplying marker brushes which is an extremely painstaking process compared to just regular brush + paper filter on top, it took two days to do this one and i could have added way more detail
