Gut yontif! Fall is a time of transition and new beginnings. Here at In geveb we welcome both the start of the Jewish year and the commencement of our publishing year. 2025/5786 holds particular meaning for us this High Holiday season: we have officially been publishing for ten years as of August!

In geveb endeavors to be more than just an academic journal: we are a publication for all engaged with Yidishkayt (broadly construed). Our work has always been 1) online-only and 2) free for all without a subscription (and without the barriers that limit access to most scholarly journals).
