HE ALREADY HAD HIS JUSTICE. HE PICKED UP THE SWORD AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED.

And it's not Jesus trying to talk down the guys arresting him!! He's saying this to PETER, after Peter slices someone's ear off to PROTECT Jesus!!! He's saying this while his friends are trying to defend him from armed guards who want him dead!!!

AND THEN HE HEALS THE DUDE THAT GOT CUT!

This is part of a larger interaction that takes place when Jesus is arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane - it's the final scene before Jesus is sentenced to crucifixion. There are PAINTINGS about this moment. It is a part of the Scripture that is read A LOT during the Easter season especially.

"But Jesus said to him, 'Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.'"

Every Version Of The Bible has almost that EXACT phrase or something that means exactly the same thing.

And it's not like it's a verse from an obscure chapter.
