Tom Racine doesn't appear to be here on Bluesky, but we got his new book of Tolkien cartoons! These are phenomenal. Little Edward Gorey-like illustrations accompanied by a ton of wit!

Here's my strip for the @peanutscollab.bsky.social redraw project! Happy 75th anniversary, Charlie Brown! This is the strip that originally ran on February 15th 1991 - my birthday! Shouts out to @waggtoon.bsky.social for putting this together! I had a blast with the lettering.

That's a cool gadget! Honestly, cassettes are the perfect size. I wish mini-disc format had caught on. All the storage space of a CD with the resilience of a cassette. Now all that stuff is rare and expensive. Plus, all progress in physical media died with it.

Reject modernity. Return to cassette tape.

I just got back from the theatrical showing of Angel's Egg. I feel spoiled seeing what was once an obscure OVA on the big screen. It's as weird and interesting as I ever remember.

You're telling me all those ugly, chunky back sprites were a conscientious artistic decision? I always wondered about those. I also thought it made Blastoise look like he had a beak.

Because it's crayon, you might be able to rescue these. Depending on the type of paper you use, the Tombow Mono sand eraser may work. No promises and if you use a thinner stock you'll have to be delicate. But good, this physically hurts to see.

This week's iNKWiTs Sunday Funnies includes a deep dive into a rejected strip from eight years ago - before the comic was even running in the paper!

This week for #randomgamesaturday I'll share my well loved copy of Megaman 64! (Megaman Legends on the PlayStation) C'mon, Capcom! You cowards! Remaster this thing!

Thank you guys for showing this comic so much love yesterday! I know process isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I love it! So here's the behind the scenes stuff that made this comic happen.
I drew the grim reaper image first and wrote a comic around it. I used this image in One Piece as inspiration.

The comic that ran in papers this week is now available in this week's edition of the iNKWiTs Sunday Funnies! Also check out the bonus scribbles that show my (poor) writing process.

Just watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992) It has to be one of the okay-est movies ever. It's not remarkable, but there's nothing wrong with it. I laughed several times and the vampire pageantry was self-aware and fun.

I will have to check that out. I don't know if this is in print anymore, but this master forger wrote about his entire process. He also wrote a biography. The cherry on top is he died under mysterious circumstances after he came clean.
