About 1 in every 5 destroyed Russian tanks has been destroyed by Lasar's Group, a unit of heavy bomber drones. Pavlo has built an extremely effective unit and has helped many other Ukrainian commanders implement their approach. Pavlo's innovativeness has helped Ukraine a lot.

The Russian thermal power and heating plant at Belgorod was apparently hit by HIMARS - which would have required US permission. This may be on a case by case basis but it shows that the administration has lightened its approach to what Ukraine fires at inside
