I checked and it's set to 100%. And the issue is specific to ao3. There might have been an Android update recently...

No, I haven't tried any reader apps. I just tend to read through my mobile browser. I've always been wary of ao3 reader apps, as I don't know if they are profiting from fanworks in some way
