I know I'm late to the party, but I only recently discovered this so sharing in case anyone else still needs an update.
You can update more-or-less everything from NodeJS to Bun and it works the same, just _much_ faster. It's a majoy QoL improvement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ feedback from the first cohort of Elite AI-assisted Coding.
@isaac_flath and I built a course that brings together the frameworks and techniques for applying AI in every aspect of software development. It worked. 👌

Managing my co's expenses is never fun, and there are always some complications (like two invoices in one scanned PDF).
@warpdotdev with Skillz ( github.com/intellectro... ) and the PDF skill helped make it much less awful today 🙂

The recipe is AI-generated, the photo and sandwich are real (according to @hetty).

Congrats to @warpdotdev on moving all the way to metered token consumption (with BYOK, on top of a base subscription for the excellent product). The all-you-can-eat model was never sustainable and I am thrilled that the industry is moving away from it.

Thank you @AnthropicAI 😍 No idea how I can spend $1,000 in two weeks but ... challenge accepted 🫡

Looks like @AnthropicAI finally introduced top-ups for @claudeai. Very positive development. Together with Codex, Copilot, Warp, and many others, now most popular subscriptions follow a base (with clear limits) + top-ups model. All-you-can-eat is dead.

Both Codex and Claude are now reporting on usage and limits. Codex went further, enabling you to pay per use by buying additional "credits" for usage beyond what's available in your subscription. I hope Claude and Gemini introduce something similar soon.

I used the skill-creator skill (in @warpdotdev) to create a "Funny Translation" skill. I then took the zip and dropped it in my ~/.skillz/ (Skillz now supports zipped skills) and used it to ask for funny translations in @raycast.

Skillz is now available as a package on PyPI. Run it in your favourite MCP client as `uvx skillz /path/to/skills` and enjoy Claude-like skills with any agent. Still highly experimental. If you don't sandbox it will format your disk and leak your sikritz. pypi.org/project/ski...

Cool thing to do with the Atlas browser:
1. Enable "Browser memory" from the + menu
2. Ask for "Today's summary"
3. ...
4. Get a nice report of what you've done today
