Big difference here is that the machine replacing the person will produce a work product of far lower quality than the person it replaces. Executives will then be faced with the decision to prioritize cost savings against quality. Certainly, they can all be trusted to make the right call.

If we are actually interested in another political party, shouldn’t it be The Humanist Party? Candidates can declare themselves conservative, centrist, or progressive but must have the public interest as their foundation. And absolutely NO corporate or dark money.

Time for federal agencies to shut down and protect data on their own. Congress in a fetal position is the standard now. Off/up/down-load sensitive data and lock the system until the threat is neutralized. Or you can wait until 1933… up to you.

I think I’m in favor of mandatory voting for every eligible American citizen including incarcerated citizens.
Doesn’t have to be a felony issue if someone doesn’t vote— maybe first offense a $1,000 fine. Each state would have to ensure all constituents have access.
