Yes, I agree with all that. I was addressing DOJ's 11/20 notice "clarifying" the record & sort of, but not really, denying what was said in court on 11/19. Comey's legal team filed a reply on 11/20 on a different but related issue, and, like me, said that the 11/20 DOJ notice doesn't prove anything.
