In a forum somebody wrote "I balled my eyes out." Knowing the difference between "bawl" and "ball," and also knowing the #1970s slang meaning of "to ball," I laughed a lot.

A few years ago I bought (on ebay) a blank diary from a certain year when I was a teenager, planning to write a fake journal, a happier version of my life in that year. Maybe I could trick myself into believing it, I thought, but eventually I threw away the still-blank diary. #journaling

Personally I think Americas problems began when people started believing in ufo’s crashing into the desert. The idea that an advanced civilization would fly millions of miles through space and then smash into the ground was always a sign of insanity.
