Yes, I experienced red state people complaining about how bad it was and how it raised their rates when they weren’t someone who needed to be on the ACA. All because of how it was sabotaged in their state.

Sadly, the neutering that occurred in red states set it up to not work well for anyone and easy to criticize for those folks. I’m in California and it has been a fucking lifesaver!

I suspect on the upper end. If they are going by folks who signed up or registered...IDK. Also. LOTS of small town and micro protests all over the country (and world) getting bigger turn out.
