I have had issues & been hearing from people having trouble just ACCESSING their Social Security accounts. INSTEAD of going to a branch which may be hundreds or 1Ks+ of miles away from you, call your members of Congress. They have constituent services that will help you regain access.

Called SS office today to change my address since you can't online. The wait time to speak with someone was 2 hours. The message also said it currently takes 200 days to process Medicare applications. WTF??!! #socialsecurity #medicare
