There's not a lot of truly surprising stuff in here - other than the bunches of indie wrestlers who are booked really strong in their home promotions or regions but that aren't getting much national attention.

For the sake of sanity, this is only ranking wrestlers who had at least 5 matches in 2025... sorry to the many thousands of female wrestlers who aren't getting nearly enough opportunities in the ring

this is using a glicko2 rating algorithm, so the 'RD' column is a measure of uncertainty - the higher the number, the more uncertain the rating is.

* TJPW pulled away from the main body of Joshi by their broader international connections
* WWE is on the far side of the universe from Japan, but the connections to AAA are visible
