Edge browser update. Corporations are cramming AI into places it has no business being with such frenetic energy it's like they need it to breathe. Like they're actually going to run out of air if they don't find a new place to stick it, with all the usefulness of a banana glued to a car.

A much more complex follow-up demo to my audio occlusion system post. I have upgraded it to be much more tuneable. I need to divide the video to meet Bluesky's limits.

My janky but effective audio occlusion system. Very few out-of-the-box tools for things like this. Google Resonance just does binary occlusion and Steam Audio does full (expensive) acoustic simulation. Where's the option for people who want something just good enough?

I really underestimated how confusing and complex light-baking would be. Combine that with a custom shader and trying to make sure everything is compatible has been a journey.
