Last session, Iowa Republicans approved a $9.4 billion budget with only $8.5 billion in revenue. Now they’re raiding surplus funds to fill the $900 million gap. With the state's revenue dramatically declining this summer, Iowans deserve better than reckless budgeting with their tax dollars.
