One of my favourite comps. Perfect for evenings and just before bed. I hope you are well on the way to a full recovery.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Just perfect for a sunny Sunday morning.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Sometimes some spotty inept herberts thrashing instruments* they can barely play is the perfect evening entertainment. Also no-one is going to write a song called Facist Dictator again, are they?

*Most aren't that bad.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky It really doesn't get much better than this.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky I'm terrible at describing music. I know what I want to say, but forming the sentences into a coherent whole is a struggle. But all I can say about this album is that it moves me to the core of my being. And as always I'll be thinking about it for days. Paddy is a genius.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky #ProgSky The only band named after a bakery? I'm not counting Renaldo & The Loaf!

We've just watched Mr Nightingale (from the Supernatural anthology series) starring Jeremy Brett, and blimey! A wild tale of virginity, pyromania, doppelgangers, madness, and German hospitality. Brett is quite brilliant as usual. Very odd and very compelling.

I also picked this up in Worthing. I know that 'lists' seem to be frowned on in certain critical quarters. And of course it's impossible to rank album against album but I treat them as a bit of fun. Plus there is plenty of stuff that I've never heard in here that I will investigate further.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky A quick trip into Worthing and a visit to Train of Thought record shop. And a lovely copy (which looked as if it had never been played) of this fantastic album came home with me.

Bought an extension to a shelf to make #Humminguru cleaning easier. And it has. That's probably a bit sad, but its made me happier.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky #FolkSky The cleaning of the 'P's is in its early stages. The sounds immaculate afterwards. #Humminguru

#NowWatching Getting the Ghost story vibe going in readiness for Xmas.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky God, I love this weird, slightly cheesy, funky one of a kind album.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky #JazzSky Toe fully immersed in Jazz now. This is great.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Saturday night noise.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky As there is a mountain of Beatles chat on here today, i thought this deserved a spin. My favourite of Yoko's.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Xmas has started. 137 packets across two rural rounds today. Crazy! Slightly frazzled this evening. This is helping though.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky #FallSky Yes the albums are (mostly) brilliant but what a singles band! From the early spiky songs thru the (not quite) pop stars years to the dense sludge of the later years. One of my favourite boxes.
