Federal Border Patrol agents arrested 81 people in immigrant neighborhoods across the Charlotte, North Carolina, area on Saturday. An immigrant rights group said it was the largest single-day tally for immigrant arrests in the state’s recent history.

Hear me out- let him pardon Maxwell. She would be REQUIRED to testify in federal trials- there’s no 5th amendment protection for pardoned offenses. If she’s not pardoned, she can withhold testimony to protect them. I suspect this is why he hasn’t yet.
