🧵💬 High Praise Ministries recently gathered 40 leaders — including Apostle Dewayne Hill & Pastor Parthia Hill — to debrief our deep listening work. We heard loud & clear what matters most to our community: housing, Medicaid, & youth programming — but two issues stood out: mental health & addiction.

⚠️ 62,000+ may drop private coverage, and 140,000 lose Medicaid
⚠️ Minnesota families forced to choose between healthcare and groceries

Health insurance premiums for thousands of Minnesotans will increase in 2026 due to rising health care costs and uncertainty around the future of enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies, which are currently set to expire at the end of the year.
President Donald Trump's extensive tax and spending package did not allocate funds for enhanced premium tax credits. However, Congress still has the opportunity to reinstate these subsidies this fall.
