How unequal is wealth in Germany? 🪙🇩🇪

Our sociology students took on this question in a hands-on exercise using chocolate coins. The results? Most students underestimated just how concentrated wealth really is at the top.

You are right that global wealth inequalities are staggering. I've build this book standing on the shoulders of many, many other scholars, so I'd be glad that their work gets spread further via this translation. Perhaps the @isi-munich.bsky.social can do outreach work in German on this topic?
