2 nights in a row of multiple drainage complication alarms and I’ve had maybe 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep…feeling discouraged. Doesn’t help that it’s busiest week of year at work 😵💫
If his hands worked this all might be easier. Trying to stay positive, we are so blessed in many ways ❤️

2 nights in a row of multiple drainage complication alarms and I’ve had maybe 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep…feeling discouraged. Doesn’t help that it’s busiest week of year at work 😵💫

It's a glorious Sunday morning so sharing the best news: Hubby’s 1 year CT scans ALL CLEAR!!! Once again celebrating his "unremarkable" interior 🤣
2nd night of home dialysis went much better - no alarms and I actually got 5 straight hours of sleep ☺️

1st peritoneal dialysis at home done! He feels great, so much better than after hemodialysis. He doesn’t even remember the 2 drainage alarms, slept right through me re-positioning him. I didn’t get much sleep but hopeful tonight is even smoother.
