I'm in a lot of discord servers. Some are dead, some I lurk in, some I watch and some I don't. I'm going to clean up the list a bit, mainly dropping out of dead ones or ones where I have multiple different avenues of contact with everybody there. Just tidying up though. Nothing to worry about.

This depends on what you want to see, but it's a little annoying that the decision is being made on our behalf.

I finally managed to convince myself to go see a psych, which has been really hard to do given my state of depression and general inability to engage in things... since, you know, it's not a life threatening thing. They changed all of my meds.
