i have seen people saying "how can you think of music [art, travel, meals, etc.] when our government is evil?"

Today one of my students told me that her husband is also learning English with some friends and that one of his friends told him that Americans do not pronounce the "th" sound at all and that only gay people do. So that was a fun thing to unpack today.
