Automotive term of note for Chapter 8 of #🔥🛞💨🚦 : cut and polish. It’s the procedure Ratchet had before Polarity!
Cutting: abrasive pads and compounds remove a very thin layer of flawed top coat.
After the cut, the top coat gets a thorough polish and, voila, you’ve got a whole new mech!
