Oh absolutely not, they're still standing for starters! The structures are solid and going nowhere, the issue is the years of poverty that affected people in Manchester generally between 1950 and about 2010 alongside parasitic landlordism that led to sub-par maintenance and easy fixes

Almost 300 participants of the Global Sumud Flotilla are still detained by Israeli forces, who are reportedly subjecting activists to brutal physical and verbal abuse.

This is not “a matter for the Israeli government”. It’s a violation of international law.
