For a live performance shot, I was amazed the photographer was able to capture this exact moment. I'm not gonna lie, the choreography is quite fast at this part (this was like, 1 beat of a 4 count where each beat was a different movement) so I was impressed! I love this pose. So I have a resource I hand photographers when they want to shoot with me but need a location in my area. It’s a file that includes studios, Airbnbs, natural areas & parks (and specific spots I recommend). I need to stress this is years of work to make this file with worthy recommendations!

I learned recently that Jim (jclarkimages on IG) passed away, so I found our first images together. This was taken at a photography meetup Jim coordinated at The Fruit in Durham back in 2018. This has been a sober reminder of the value of photos: they are the things we leave behind.

It's hard to believe I've been shooting with ArcDeco (IG, MM) for well over ten years. I think this might have been 2012 maybe?? These were early days of modeling for me. I'm hoping to shoot at this spot again soon, so I pulled up these photos as reference. #model #nature #naturephotography
