That’s been my experience, the smoke dissipates as soon as you grab your camera. I also just now saw my autocorrect addition in my last reply and was thoroughly mortified I missed that 😂 Nice laugh this morning…

Thank you! I was wildly impressed not just with the speed but the fact the photo isn’t a giant blur. (Choreography is where I go to really challenge myself 🤣)

Interestingly, the vast majority of photographers I work with often have their own space or home studio, backyard, etc. I made the suggestion file mainly for visiting photographers who have no clue about locations but want to shoot while in town, and the file was successful for that.

Thank you very much for your perspective! One of the biggest reasons this upset me is because I’m trying to offer something unique and suddenly that felt threatened. Knowledge is free, but the careful curation of specialized knowledge isn’t; it cost me experience and time.
