So the ladies at the camo-net group loved the last pie I made so much they kept asking me to make another but since I had to hand-puree the pumpkins last time I wasn't so keen on the idea till one of them loaned me a blender lol. Also used store-bought puff pastry, hope it turns out, vamos a ver ;?D

This was a very nice surprise, the organization I'm working for treated us to an Independence Day concert by the Lviv Philharmonic who were amazing! Here's a small excerpt, the only "sour note" was Harry Dunne's head directly in front of me lolol ;?D

So my first foray out without crutches, YAY!!! Taking it easy so just a short walk around my hotel, but man does it feel GREAT! ;?D

Out for a crutchy walk today in Pamporovo and saw some amazing nature stuff lol. Got a video clip of a Hummingbird Moth, which I'd caught glimpses of before and thought they were the real thing BUT apparently there are NO hummingbirds in Europe, who knew ;?)
