Is the idea to condense current contact hours (or as close to that number as possible) into 4 days and then have the 5th as ppa? Because that sounds like my idea of hell

Hill training and speed intervals with regular longer, slower runs. Also worth building in some strength training (can even be bodyweight strength at home) to help prevent injuries and also do lots of other good things (metabolism boost, bone strength and generally feeling bad ass).

My family are all on ilr. Two teachers and someone involved in evaluating healthcare provision all thinking about leaving the country along with our professional, British citizen spouses. It doesn't feel like a nice place to be right now.

Biology and Chemistry. So, fortunately, there often are lovely really world applications that I can give them to work out the science of which is nice.

Do you think this is a recent(ish) problem? Would be interesting to track boredom, behavior and achievement through time and see what the patterns are or aren't.
