These have been a godsend when we have had to get hotel rooms for my family full of kids. It's like ,please, please don't try to come through our room with kid clothes everywhere.

How to make time

30 min for exercise
60 min for reading
60 min for writing

I have 1-2 hours most nights after 8:30 PM. But I am tired then. Can I somehow recapture enough attention for books?

I've fit walking & stretching into my day but getting up earlier is the only way to get that extra 30 min
