Here in my city of Raleigh, NC, local government has acquired funding for BRT - but they've struggled with finding a vendor to build the project within a specified budget. What would you recommend to rectify this?

It's amazing how the same people who preach "family values" are silent about that. They are also silent about a woman who has made millions off grown men engaging in staged violence & demeaning other women. These folks are anti-family values.

If your father is into Jazz, he'll likely know the name Barry Harris. He was a Jazz piano player from Detriot. Ron Carter, a bassist, is another prominent musician but he's technically from Ferndale.
