I think it's either because scent builds memories and brand loyalty or because these products don't get the stink out of clothes and cover it up instead

I was incorrect. They only take cats from shelters.

They take cats from other counties’ shelters. They’re a non-profit, not run by the county. I think if someone can get him there, they will take him. I’ll ask someone who volunteers there to be sure.

www.cchumane.org can probably take him and get him medical care and then fostered. They are a great resource if you are near Pleasant Hill
