Trump got lower ratings than Stephen Colbert’s average audience which is not on in prime time like his performance was. He surely must consider himself a bigger loser.

This is a 60 Minutes Story about how the Trump administration violated our constitution and people's basic human dignity. Acting like this does nothing to make us safer, and in fact only makes it more likely that American citizens are put at risk.

The numbers are in. More people watched the bootlegged 60 Minutes CECOT segment than watched Trump’s Kennedy Center Honors on CBS.

Instead of writing about what people say, why don’t you start reporting on what people DO? The amount of free ad space you give to billionaire bluffs and maga lies and other nonsense is exhausting.

I say his gently, but…

There’s something unspeakably shameful The United States letting people go hungry.

Not because its government doesn’t fix it —

but because tomorrow a few private Americans could, and never notice the cost.

That’s the part that sits wrong.

I’m increasingly convinced that self care is climate action. After all, if we want a sustainable world, don’t we have to be sustainable too?

For me, that means time with friends & fam, nature, knitting, chocolate, tea, and a stack of good books.

271,000 people have lost their jobs and federal spending has ctually increased. So people get less services, while we added debt paying for private jets for Kristi Noem, bulletproof cars for Kash Patel. This is what the rust belt voters demanded.

ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

Nothing to see here. This is definitely a normal post that perfectly demonstrates appropriate behavior for a man with grave responsibilities to the nation and absolutely, positively does not show psychological derangement and incapacity to serve as president under section 4 of the 25th Amendment.

If refusing to comment is enough to kill a story, then the government now has veto power over journalism.
That’s what CBS normalized last night — and it should scare everyone.
