Hello Everyone, but specifically LA friends. Revenge Of Comics (and Pinball) is hosting their Comic Creator BLOCK PARTY and, look, party is a word that gets thrown around willy nilly but this really feels like a party. Its people who love making comics & ppl who love reading them, it's a lovefest!

one caveat though - the first introductory chapter is a little boilerplate - slashers were a response to vietnam/watergate/disillusionment w authority etc. nothing you haven't already heard. And if you're looking for a fun spooky season read may I recommend his adaptation of the Hound & Other Stories? The Temple is a bone chilling descent–as the doomed submarine sinks the pages get darker & darker and when an eerie light emerges white on the page never felt so full of dread!
