I mean, yes, but also...as a parent of a child with learning disabilities, you cannot even get decent support even with everything you are currently entitled to. The current system grinds parents and kids.

Munich is really making me doubt the supposed greatness of the U S of A. Every sidewalk here is perfect (aside from near construction sites, where they erect barricades to protect pedestrians instead of biasing everything to cars).

But even assuming the federal government could override California's Constitution, I doubt the GOP would do it on Newsom's behalf. He's terrible, but not terrible enough for them.
