Just being extra petty here, but I also sent my notes out before the person grabbing and cleaning up the AI notes could send theirs out. 💁🏻‍♀️

And the AI notes that were sent out later didn't capture that the first 7 minutes of the conversation were incorrect.

If that had been the main source for anyone unable to attend the meeting, they wouldn't have had an accurate understanding of the content of the call. 🙃

If we'd left the notes to AI, we never would have had that conversation, and the people in attendance would have left with less clarity and shared understanding of what was being discussed.

Then he laid out the information completely differently, because my notes gave him a visual cue that he wasn't conveying the information in the way he thought he was.

Recently I had my first meeting where I started taking notes (while sharing my screen) and an exec stopped me and asked, "Why are you taking notes?" then asked if another person in the room would send out the AI-generated notes.

7 minutes into my shared note-taking, the exec goes, "Wait."

(RNS) — Last month, the Rev. David Black stood in front of a Chicago-area U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility and spread his arms wide. Adorned in all black and wearing a clerical collar, the pastor looked up at a group of masked, heavily armed ICE agents on the roof and began to pray.

“I invited them to repentance,” Black, a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), said in an interview. “I basically offered an altar call. I invited them to come and receive that salvation, and be part of the kingdom that is coming.”

But when Black began to lower his arms a few seconds later, the agents responded to his spiritual plea by firing pepper balls, or chemical agents that cause eye irritation and respiratory distress, video footage shows. One struck Black in the head, exploding into a puff of white pepper smoke and forcing him to his knees. Fellow demonstrators rushed to his aid, and as the pastor rubbed his face in pain, the agents continued to fire.

“We could hear them laughing,” Black said.

ICE admits that up to 50% of arrests in its Chicago raids are "collateral.” These aren't statistics. They are parents taken from their children, neighbors taken from our communities. When does a "collateral" U.S. citizen child's trauma matter? This isn't law enforcement; it's a campaign of terror.
