I really want to play Keep the Faith now. It sounds like it could get intense in a good way.

great review (as always). This sounds less like a board/card game or RPG and more like an experience to break out once in a while with the right group. Not too many games that fill that niche. Fog of Love, maybe?

The way the photo is cut off in the Bluesky feed it looked like it said NPR Snob and I thought, yeah... that checks out. (Me, not you)

I set it up the night before so I don’t have to do set up and play at one go. Unless it’s a lighter game. It’s okay not to be a solo gamer.

I’m looking forward to playing Covenant. Needless to say I’ve played Rock Hard a few times!

I’m excited for you to play the cooperative version. It’s even more fun than the competitive one!

That sounds fun!

Read Vera and loved both the book and the character. Count me as another 60+ reader who relates to her. More from the insatiable thirst for knowledge and the attempt to understand adult humor. Thank you for giving her a hopeful future.

You think the book is the odd part ?

The problem is that outside a therapeutic setting, there would be people who would get off on that. At what point does it become too icky? That's a very personal line. A discussion for another time. Thank you for such an insightful article. Always a pleasure to read your thoughts!

That's how I did my redesign of Rock Hard: 1977. I had the wrong glasses with me so couldn't read or watch a movie, but i had paper and wrote big! Best use of flight time ever. Good luck!

Given the sheer number of people who desperately wanted the original version of Ace of Spades after it was recalled, I'd say that's reason enough why this should never be a published game. What if it were a game about the sex trafficking of little kids. Would you have played?

Wonderful! Also, I love your art for Witches.

I always take stairs up when I can. Down I usually take the elevator. Because it's all about the butt.

And not even the whole song -- just 12 bars repeated in an endless loop
