I think cleaning up the sour milk would be worse than drinking it. Drink it is one and done. Cleaning it is a process that involves smell. 🤢

They’ve done this before. They’re going to do some reno work on the tree. The netting is to protect guests standing in line.

We are on our fourth mortgage lender in 12 years. I’ve had to reset the automatic payment info each and every time, not to mention making sure the escrow info is correct and the property tax and insurance are being sent to the lender. Fortunately we have a terrific rate, so we just deal with it.
