As it turns out, my new appartment has an ethernet cable that runs from my bedroom, where the fiber jack comes in, to the living room, right behind the entertainment center.
I plugged the ethernet cable into the UCGFiber's PoE port & put the U7-Pro-XG behind the TV.
Covers the whole appartment now!
