I dug more and I don't think the CMHC is a legit organisation and the EIC of Scientia Psychiatrica appears to be a key link between several other journals and CMHC. There's like a cluster of mega sus publishing behaviour between her and other (often fake?) authors.

I kept digging, sorry. The journal editor is listed at the institution that Google Scholar associates the first author's email with (Cattelya Center/CMHC)

Co-author Indolo has a verified Cattelya Center email too and is on the editorial board for Scientia Psychiatrica under the *fake* institution

The first author has a google scholar, only two pubs but both in that journal scholar.google.com/citations?us...

Their 'verified email' is from this site cattleyacenter.id which is partnered with the publisher of the journal.

Not sure where you're based but some pharmacists will issue an emergency prescription for regularly issued medication. I've had to do this before in the UK where I was away from home and stupidly ran out of medication that I couldn't go risk going cold turkey on
