The biggest changes made:
Soda is no longer a daily habit. No cheap HFCS drinks. Portion your added sugar more carefully and intently.
Drop the portion sizes, eat when you feel hungry not bored.
Don't overfill bowls. You can always go back for seconds after a short break if you still feel hungry.

Given how wild and ridiculous he is with his callous nature, he should be personally responsible for all financial damages to every state, citizen and affected person... all current wealth gained by brokering his political power for the sake of personal financial enrichment - not the country served.

A manager's job is to get the job done and to insist on the correct resources being present for that job in order to manage the people beneath them in a healthy and professional way. If their bosses won't provide that they need to talk to the labor board and start paying fines till incentivized.
