new gameplay balance patch shortly for Babushka's Glitch Dungeon!

-Stay warm with a cozy scarf!
-Modify the mushroom SOUL upgrade to be more interesting
-Nerf the broomerang 2 upgrade
-Hints towards the SOUL items and how to open the EYE door
-fix some UI and pause menu bugs
