You fundamentally misunderstand the appeal of Reform, Paul. Aside from immigration, being perceived as a alternative to the status quo is precisely their appeal.

People are desperate for a change to the system. It will come down to choosing hope or hate as the tool.

Being different and anti-immigration are the most common reasons behind Reform UK’s appeal

Agreed. Labour are trying to treat symptoms without really touching the underlying status quo - this leads to superficial solutions and compromises. The Greens are proposing systemic change - that’s uncomfortable for a lot of people, and creates lot of enemies.

Could not be more up for this, and meeting Ahti in the janitors closet for a nice catch up.

And no, that was never policy. Just misinformation spread by Labour, Reform, etc.

Just to remind you once again, these aren’t Zach’s policies. They’re democratic choices by the whole party.

These are the policies developed and voted for democratically by Green Party members in 2024, which Zach’s talking points are based on.

All three, except it’s the English that are doing this, not the Scots, Welsh or Irish. Exactly like Brexit.
December 14, 2025 at 7:39 AM
A more complex question than it sounds but it relates to:
A) lack of legal route to asylum in the UK unless physically here: fullfact.org/immigration/... and,
B) since Brexit, we’re no longer able to use the Dublin Regulation: www.safepassage.org.uk/news/2025/1/...
There’s more, but that’s a start.
Current safe and legal routes to the UK do not involve applying for asylum – Full Fact
The Prime Minister claimed in a video that he is ensuring the only way to come to the UK for asylum will be via safe and legal routes. We looked into the existing routes for seeking asylum or resettle

This is exactly the Greens proposal. Safe routes and rejoining the EU.

This must be the grown up, level headed, people-focused approach we keep hearing about.

Looks like your comment got hidden, even though it politely and directly answers the question.

These Labour fanboys sure don’t like you digging into their reductive accusations.
