Labour had 532,046 members at the end of 2019 under Jeremy Corbyn

Today they have less than 250,000 (10,000 less than Reform)

Starmer has destroyed the Labour Party. If you're still a member, why?

"We absorbed 250,000 Ukrainians... Why is it that we can do that for people from one country but not from anywhere else in the world?"

This is what taking the fight to Reform actually looks like. Underneath they’re just cowards full of poison and hate - call them out and don’t back down.

This is the monster many people want to lead our country.
These are the type of people who will be in Nigel Farage's Government, people who think LGBT people are 'dirty nonces' and should be arrested by the Police.

And he thinks it's ok because they had a 'few drinks'.

Perhaps if they’d spent less time on rubbish jokes at Zack Polanski’s expense and more time on analysis, they would have realised their stealth taxes will punish the poor and squeezed middle while letting billionaires off scot-free.

But my assumption is they already knew exactly that.
Yesterday’s Treasury Committee questions, including from @bobbywdean.bsky.social and John Glen MP, highlight important concerns about whether the decision to freeze income tax rates was truly fair.

Tells you everything you need to about the priorities of this Labour government.

Why hurt the poor, defenceless billionaires when you can stealth tax the poor and squeezed middle instead.

I didn’t vote for the social media ban; the real issue has always been tech companies allowing harmful behaviour to run rampant on their platforms. But with the ban in place, the Govt mustn’t forget to ensure social media platforms also clean up their act. #auspol #politas

I think we’ve forgotten that literally the whole of society is something we made up. It’s all shared myths, not irrefutable law.

That means it can change. Radically, if we choose.

Even if the powers that be will try every trick in the book to convince you it can’t.

I think this is exactly correct. And the same goes for recent draconian anti-protest laws, such as the police, crime and sentencing act. Was designed with future climate unrest in mind, but happily used to crack the heads of people who take exception to genocide.
One of the reasons (aside from divide and rule and racism) for politicians scapegoating refugees is the climate crisis they are doing nothing about will create hundreds of millions of refugees and they want to dehumanise them in advance.

I think our leaders are planning for climate collapse.

This should be the leading story in every newspaper in every country. This is at the core of virtually every social and environmental issue we face.

The fact it isn’t tells you everything you need to know.

Every. Other. Story. Is. A. Distraction.
This is obscene.

That others in politics can’t or won’t say that this is obscene hits at the heart of the problems we face.

There is a single issue at the heart of virtually all social and environmental issues - and until we resolve this we are simply rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic.
"The report also highlighted the critical role played by capital ownership in the inequality of climate-changing carbon emissions. “Wealthy individuals fuel the climate crisis through their investments even more than their consumption and lifestyles,” it said."
