It’s legitimate to gripe about finances whatever your status, but if I start complaining that the gold earrings I bought for my wife are delayed, my friends are going to tease me.

As an aside, the lack of insight these people have into their privilege is unreal and suggests they don’t have anyone in their life who is not also fantastically wealthy.

Also also my points were 1 pensioners continue to get spared the hosing everyone else gets and 2 this government hates immigrants. I wasn’t saying all pensioners hate immigrants. Although many do and in general that sentiment is higher amongst pensioners afaik.
