Candidate for CO HD33 and Former Councilmember for the City and County of Broomfield
Statements have been made that I do not support local control. That is false and misleading. See my nuanced and progressive pragmatic approach:

Today I am announcing that I will not seek the appointment of the upcoming HD33 vacancy committee for the 2026 legislative session.

This is the first contested primary for HD33 in decades and it is more respectable to allow the VOTERS to decide who will represent them!

got into this campaign to fight for working families and our children's future. I am so honored to announce the endorsement of former Congressman Ed Perlmutter, who spent his career fighting for public education and labor in the Colorado legislature and United States Congress!

This is exactly what we need to look at in Colorado and what i will work towards when elected! Set the minimum (livable wage) so that a person working a 40 hour work week can spend no more than a percentage of their income on a 2 bedroom apartment.

This is unacceptable in our state! No child should be without access to health care period!

As an adult, I faced thousands of dollars of dental bills due to missed and delayed care, caused entirely by poverty and lack of medical health coverage.

Fewer Colorado kids had health insurance in 2024
The Medicaid “unwinding” at the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency was the biggest reason why children’s uninsured rates went up.

Today I am proud to announce that I am running for Colorado House District 33 in 2026!
We are facing a fiscal cliff at the state house. Our tax policies were written over 30 years ago, in a time when most of Colorado did not have internet access or cell phones.

Education, transportation, and mental health care are among the many essential services that have been woefully underfunded in Colorado for many years.

Liberal groups want to change Colorado’s income tax structure. Can they get their proposal before voters?
The plan would increase income taxes on people earning at least $506,000 in annual taxable income to raise more than $2 billion each year for things like health care, education and public safety. Peop...

On this Labor Day we pause to reflect and thank those who paid with literal blood, sweat, and tears to establish and protect the rights of workers we enjoy today.

Today they have crossed a deep red line.

We, the people, must hold the president and his appointees accountable for this outrageous abuse against American liberty.

Those that do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. This is a common adage, yet over and over again we see the same failed policies coming back around, just repackaged for the modern day.

Interesting analysis that directly impacts communities like Broomfield and the cost of providing services to residents that have dramatically increased in recent years, much much higher than the rate of consumer inflation!

Did a Private Equity Fire Truck Roll-Up Worsen the L.A. Fires?
During the LA fires, dozens of fire trucks sat in the boneyard, waiting for repairs the city couldn't afford. Why? A private equity roll-up made replacing and repairing those trucks much pricier.

House Speaker Mike Johnson will not support a resolution allowing new parents in Congress to vote remotely.

A bipartisan group of lawmakers had introduced a resolution to allow proxy voting, or voting remotely, for this year’s Congress. www.instagram.com/p/DE20Ektya1H/
