Candidate for CO HD33 and Former Councilmember for the City and County of Broomfield
That is why I will be supporting a dedicated public servant, not seeking the seat long-term. to finish out the 2026 legislative session. To respect the voice of the VOTERS, rather than giving an undue advantage to one candidate through the appointment process.

When elected, I will continue the fight for our community at the state legislature to reinvest in our future , solve the affordability crisis, and make our community affordable for ALL!

I supported livable wage and best value contracting proposals while on Council, which WAS NOT supported by City Council, including by one of my colleagues in this race.

The average home price in the front range increased over 100% in the last 8 years, while the average wage only increased 30% (and most of that was in the upper income brackets). Housing supply is an issue, but is only one factor of a very complex issue, something most platforms fail to address!

It absolutely incoherent that we still live under a tax code written before any of us had cell phones or internet, yet we cannot cover the most basic and essential needs of our children. We must all come together and fight for the wellbeing of our community and reinvest in our future!

Now is the time for innovative, equitable, and progressive policies that put the people of Colorado first and enact real-world solutions for their everyday struggles. Together, we can fight for our community and reinvest in our future!

I would be honored for you to join me in this campaign!

We face challenges; complex, systemic, generational hurdles to reinvesting in our future and building an equitable and sustainable community for all Coloradans. Now is the time to not get lost in failed policies of the past. Now is the time to not get mired in the naysayers and half measures.

I believe my background, my education, and my proven real-world leadership uniquely qualifies me to fight for our community and to meet the obstacles we face.

Not benefiting everyday Coloradans, but further lining the pockets of their ultra-wealthy executives and shareholders!

As a struggling single father, I graduated with my BA in Economics and a law degree, and I have spent my career in anti-fraud investigations.

This is not just housing, but vital needs such as health care, utilities, insurance, and food. Big corporations strangle our families through increased prices and lack of accountability and competition.
September 15, 2025 at 4:13 PM
It is suffocating vital education, mental health, and transportation priorities that we rely on to build better lives for our families. Moreover, we are engulfed with an ongoing affordability crisis that overwhelms our families and strangles small businesses.

This is the right step that Colorado must take to ensure that government services work for everyone in Colorado, not just the privileged few.
September 3, 2025 at 4:06 PM
Furthermore, everyone benefits from Colorado services, but those earning the most have benefited the most and it is fair to ask them to pay a slightly higher rate.
September 3, 2025 at 4:06 PM
Those at the top tax brackets have access to greater resources. $100 tax cut for a single mother earning $50,000 has a far greater impact than does $100 tax increase for someone earning $1,000,000.
September 3, 2025 at 4:06 PM
That means 95% of all Colorado taxpayers would see a tax cut under this proposal.

It is absolutely reasonable and equitable to ask the richest 5% of taxpayers to pay a slightly higher tax rate on their top earning brackets.
September 3, 2025 at 4:06 PM
This proposal reduces the tax rate from 4.4% to 4.2% on the first $100,000 in taxable income, and keeps the income tax rate stable at 4.4% for taxable income between $100,001 and $500,000

Only 5% of Colorado individual taxpayers earn more than $500,000 per year.
September 3, 2025 at 4:06 PM
This proposal would allow additional funding to flow into those vital areas and allow everyday Coloradans to live and thrive in our communities.
