Ugh, I think there's been some changes to YouTube's midroll settings but I hadn't realised that they were acting retrospectively - I'll go and have a look - I appreciate you letting me know! (As a viewer I don't like them so this is why I have them turned off!)

Probably the espresso blend would suit cold brew better - a little easier to extract for a brew method that struggles with extraction a little bit.

I have never seen these before, but we're starting some development on siphon stuff so I will check it out!

Weirdly, I find editing audio much more painful than editing video. I just plain suck at Lightroom and Photoshop though, which is why i spend no time there. (Thus creating a vicious circle I suppose!)
